Jasmine Eileen Coles, Artist-in-Residence with The Performance Project at University Settlement, presents “The Tale of Chef Kale” on Monday, July 19th @ 6pm at Little Island NYC. This all-ages, free immersive show explores the meaning of soul food with curiosity and wonder, offering a holistic perspective to wellness.  Action-packed with mindful eating tips, nutrition education, and meals created on the spot of fresh organic fruits and vegetables for everyone to taste. Stories are inspired by workshops with Jasmine Eileen Coles and the students of Early Childhood and Cornerstone @ Campos Plaza.
