We are dedicated to supporting, stabilizing and strengthening youth and families in crisis across Manhattan. We provide free in-home services to children ages 5-20 who are either recovering from a psychiatric hospitalization or are at risk of hospitalization.
Our team of highly skilled caseworkers work one-on-one with families for 6 weeks, providing services including, but not limited to: skill-building, problem-solving, advocacy, coordination of services, short-term counseling, family mediation, parenting support, as well as links to long-term and community-based programs.
HBCI services are flexible, to truly meet the unique needs of the children and families we serve, and are available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
